Not for The weak of mind...

As promised... Birthday run when the time is right!

The time was not right, thanks to many different reasons that could easily be used as excuses...

But something simple as no sleep, a late night, too much food, heavy clouds and a flooded basement was not going to stop our planned birthday run!

As always, mind over matters!!! 

At the end, soaked, tired, hungry and incredibly happy had taken the place of miserable and stressed, beat up by life and our heads in a spin.

A cup of coffee in an old smelly Volvo wearing a bath robe dating back to just before Medieval times, in the  pouring rain after one hell of a psychological challenge, beats most of the greater moments in life!

It truly all comes down to the company one keeps...

Summing up the weekend and realizing that therein lies the real truth!

It is the angle you chose when looking at things that makes a world of a difference.

....and when you can't get it right that well chosen  company will b there to get your head straight.
